Project Management

Set project goals and timelines based on project objectives.
Work closely with General Contractors to understand schedules and project deliverable / Attend Owner-Architect-Contractor calls
Provide delivery status and product tracking
Coordinate electrical and data cabling vendors that work in conjunction with our team.
Verify critical dimensions and lay out core drill locations prior to installation
Track status and provide photos
Perform a final walk-through after all punch list items have been completed

Install & Reconfiguration

CWS has developed strong relationships with local installation resources across the country and dedicates itself to a team-centered approach with these preferred labor partners. These partners understand that working with CWS means there will be a high level of touch points and reporting required. We create a custom experience for you to feel as if you were there on-site. Our install teams are equipped and required to use our cloud-based technology such as PlanGrid, Adobe Field Reports, and Google Drive Product tracking.

Moving & Decommission

CWS' nationwide team will take care of every step of the moving and clean out process.

Disassemble and prep all furniture and cube setups
Tag and inventory all product per location or special instruction
Store existing product if needed
Reconfigure/reassemble in your new location

CWS will also handle monitor arms, monitors and various technology equipment .

Interstate Transportation

Truckload shipments are managed with precision and peace-of-mind. CWS' broker/carrier relationships allow for the ability to quickly ship furniture and office equipment locally, domestic, nationally and internationally.

Warehousing & Asset Management

Our customers' inventories are protected in a temperature-controlled, asset-managed warehouse environment where their condition is recorded and items are ready to be re-deployed when needed.
